The Deed of Paksenarrion

I finally finished the book. I wish I could say something good about it, but I can't. It is a Tolkien derivative fantasy complete with elves and orcs and dwarves and spider worshipping Drow. It read much like someone's D&D adventure. As much as I've like Elizabeth Moon's other books that I've read, I didn't really care for this one. It was just too predictable. Nothing was a surprise.
