Everyone seems to be jumping on the blog bandwagon so I thought I'd give it a go as well. Haven't really got a clue what I'm going to talk about, but that's never really stopped me from saying something, so . . .

The game itself isn't hard.. my top score is about 130000... the real trick to this game is making sure your connection is really fast and that you're browser is working well... I recommend using IE instead of Firefox... the faster your connection the faster more targets will appear and the more points you can collect. Always try to hit everything once you've "gone midievel" ... you get a lot more coinage that way.
I've managed to make it to 70 something thousand on the 12th level using my left hand to mouse (I'm right-handed.) I haven't tried it in IE yet since I use Mozilla.
